Schematic layout plans for your consideration
Detailed planning drawings for submission to a Local Authority including for production of Design and Access statements and general policy statement to accompany your planning application.
Building Regulations drawings for submission to a Local Authority Building Control Department.
Construction or working drawings.
Structural Design
The Gauchwin Group can undertake structural calculations for design of steelwork or structural alterations within a property for submission to a Local Authority.
